Engine 199 Pre-Construction Meeting at Seagrave

- On July 18, 2010, members of the Engine 199 Truck Committee traveled to Seagrave Fire Apparatus in Clintonville, WI. We were accompanied by the local Seagrave sales representative Richard Lambiasi of Excelsior Fire Equipment Sales, LLC.

Engine, Truck, and Tanker on Bedford Village Fire

- At approximately 22:30 hours on July 9, 2010 Bedford Village Fire was dispatched to a reported structure fire on Hickory Lane, per protocol Tankers from Pound Ridge and Banksville and Tower Ladder 57 were also on the initial dispatch. 2010 NWVFA Scholarships Awarded

- On June 21, 2010, the Northern Westchester Volunteer Fireman's Association (NWVFA) awarded the annual scholarships at the Yorktown Fire Department Headquarters. The winners were presented a $500.00 check from NWVFA President John Lempke. BHFD Respond to Motor Vehicle Fire on Interstate 684
JUNE 08
- On June 8th at 0705 hours The Bedford Hills Fire Departmant was dispatched to a reported motor vehicle fire on Interstate 684. Upon arrival of Car 2032 (Bueti) the incoming units were updated that it was a pick-up truck fire that was fully involved. E-198 arrived and stretched an 1 3/4 line for fire suppression. BHFD Responds to Bomb Scare at Local Shoe Store
JUNE 06
- On June 6th at approximately 1600 hours BHFD was dispatched to a report of a bomb threat in the Marshalls Shoe Store. Car 2033 (Liburdi) arrived on scene first and assumed Command until Car 2032 (Bueti) arrived.
