Attention Local Residents: Do you have an old car that you’re looking to get rid of or no longer runs? The Bedford Hills Fire Department is hosting an Advanced Vehicle Extrication Class at the end of March taught by Signal 73 Fire Training, and we need vehicles for the hands-on portion of the training. Your tax-deductible donation will allow BHFD and our neighboring fire departments to refine our skills with real-life scenario-based training exercises. We’ve partnered up with Castle Towing in Chappaqua NY who has graciously offered to pick up donated vehicles at your residence or place of business. If you are interested in donating a vehicle, please e-mail 2nd Assistant Fire Chief Robert Bancroft - rbancroft@bedfordhillsfd.org to make arrangements for a drop-off location or to schedule a convenient pick-up time. The Bedford Hills Fire Department is a 100% volunteer organization, and we truly appreciate the support from the Bedford Hills community! |
